Position Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Patient Relations Representative supports the mission of PAMF to provide high quality of care by functioning as a frontline patient liaison within the Patient Relations section of the Quality Improvement Department. This position provides excellent customer service, listening to our customers, advocating for customer concerns, investigating, collaborating and accountable for resolving concerns, identifying and driving changes to continually improve the care and service provided to patients of Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education, including Licensure / Certification / Registration

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience

  • Communications and public relations background preferred

  • Experience in healthcare based customer service preferred
